When life gets hectic, it's no surprise that all the easiest meal options are overprocessed and unhealthy. Don't we all wish we could have nutrient-dense, crowd-pleasing meals ready to go at a moment's notice? As a wife, mom, and Nutritionist, I am uniquely qualified to help with just that!

I offer a full-service meal prep experience, taking care of everything from menu planning to clean-up. I focus on whole foods and enjoy making ingredients from scratch instead of buying store bought. If you are ready for more fresh, home-made meals and less stress around the dinner table, then let me take care of the cooking so you can focus your time where it's really needed!
How It Works
Consultation
Before your first cook day, I will meet with you in your home to discuss your family's food preferences and familiarize myself with your kitchen. This will help me narrow down my menu library to meals that I think you and your family would enjoy.
Choose Your Meals
You'll get to choose from a selection of recipes that I'll send over based on your family's preferences & dietary restrictions. This part is completely customizable- if there is something you're craving that I don't have in my library, I'll work with you to find just what you're looking for!
Cook Day
On the morning of your cook day, I will stop at the grocery store(s) & pick up just what I need to prepare the delicious meals you've selected. Then I'll head to your home and get cooking! Once everything is prepared, I will package the meals according to your preferences, label each container, and provide you with reheating instructions/tips to follow so your food tastes just as good as the day it was made.
Check-In
A few days after cook day, I'll check in to see how things are going and reach out to create the next meal plan for recurring customers. It's that simple!
